Online courses,
are delivered over the internet which saves the cost of posting
books etc. However you can print from your course as you go along.
Books can be bought separately if required at an additional
How long will the course take me?
It depends on
how much you study each week, and how quickly you absorb
information. As a guideline, most students will complete the course
within 2 months at a slow steady pace.
How soon can
I start the course?
Within 24 hours
of the payment clearing our account. Note that some credit cards may
require verification for your peace of mind. See below.

Does the
price include the official exam?
No, the exam is
not included.

Do I get a certificate for the course?
Yes, once you
have completed the course, we will confirm you have completed all
sections of the course and all tests, and will then issue you a
certificate by post. You pay only the postage fee. You can also
print off your own course certificate. Log into the course and
within the course click on the Course Tools tab on the left
navigation. From here, click on the View My Scores tab. Your mastery
percentage will be in the first paragraph on that page. If every
lesson is scored at or above the mastery level, you will see a
certificate button near the bottom of the scores graph.

How do I print the pages in a course?
There is a
print button on every page. To print out a page simply click the
print icon. Pages are printed with graphics and text as they appear
on your screen.

Skill assessment pre-course test
Before starting
a course, you can take a Pre-Test to determine your starting level
of knowledge on the course material. This is called the Skill
Assessment. The Skill Assessment is a test composed of thirty
randomly selected course questions. When completed, a summary of
Skill Assessment scores by Unit is displayed.

Simulations
Throughout the
courses there are multi-step simulations to give you an opportunity
to practice what you have learned. The STEPS button provides
step-by-step instructions on how to perform the simulation, while
the HINT button will give you a hint for each step.

Supplied
Files and Exercises
Many of the
courses contain supplied files that you can use to enhance learning
through practice in a live application. Exercises can be printed
individually or all at once by following the onscreen instructions
within the course, or you can access them any time by clicking
TOOLS, then ABOUT THIS COURSE, then select the PRINTING EXERCISES or
COPYING SUPPLIED FILES link and follow the instructions.

Expected Time for a course
Each course is
designed to take the average student approximately 40 hours of study
time.

What do I need to start?
In order to
take one of our online courses, you need to have a computer with a
connection to the internet. As some courses are graphics intensive
it is not recommended for people still using dial up internet
connections, where the connections speed is less than 33K.

Complete Official Exams
If you would
like to find a testing centre near you, use www.vue.com - remember
that official exams are different to the tests which come with the
course. In order to be internationally certified, you must pass the
international vendor exam. You cannot take the international exams
online. They have to be completed at an authorised test centre.

How can I pay for the course?
Payment for
courses can be made by credit card using the online Paypal gateway

How do I know my credit card payment has gone through?
The moment you
pay by credit card, you will receive an email from Paypal detailing
and confirming your purchase. Normally within 72-96 hours your
transaction will appear on your credit card balance/statement.
Finally, you will also receive a confirmation within hours from 2KO
International that your order has been received.

Can I pay off this course or must I pay in one lump sum?
We do have
access to student loans if you would like to avail yourself of such
loans. Please contact us.

What happens if a
course is replaced by a newer course?
We If you
purchase a single course eg Cisco CCNA 640-802 and then Cisco brings
out a new course eg CCNA 640-803 within the 12 months of your course
access the following will happen:

If you bought just the single course (CCNA 640-802) then you will
complete the course as usual
-
However, ff you bought the course (CCNA 640-802) as part of a pack /
bundle then as soon as the newer course is released it will be added
to your list of courses automatically, and the next time you log in,
it will be there for you to use immediately.
